Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Vally! Here are some steps to guide you through the process of applying to become a volunteer.

Step 1: Download the Volunteer Application Packet

There are two options available once you download the application:
- You can open the file in Adobe Reader and type in your answers. Once you have completed that, print the application and physically sign all Signature lines.
- You can print the entire application without filling in the fields and fill in your answers by hand.

Step 2: Submit your Application

There are three ways to submit your application:
- Email (Preferred Method): Please scan your documents (with signatures) and email to volunteercoordinator@safeshelterofstvrain.org

- Fax your application to: (303) 772-1576

- Mail your application to:

Step 3: Once your application is recieved, we will contact you to schedule an interview. If you are accepted, you will need to attend our next Domestic Violence Education Training.

Advocates work directly with victims of domestic violence to address all areas of concern. Call 303.772.0432
Your donations make it possible for Safe Shelter to provide protection, intervention and support to individuals affected by domestic abuse.
Act as an advocate against domestic violence: provide support for victims in addition to educating the community.
Safe Shelter provides safety, support and resources to individuals affected by domestic abuse. We promote empowerment through direct services and community education, advocating for the right of every individual to live a life free of intimidation, exploitation and abuse.
