Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Valley’s integrated, comprehensive system of programs and services are available to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender victims of domestic abuse. Safe Shelter strives to provide information, advocacy, referrals and support for the LGBTQ community. In addition Safe Shelter believes that the continued education of staff and the community at large is critical in effectively addressing domestic violence in lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender relationships.

Safe Shelter provides safety, support and resources to individuals affected by domestic abuse. We promote empowerment through direct services and community education, advocating for the right of every individual to live a life free of intimidation, exploitation and abuse.
